Refund Policy

Our Commitment To You

At Curated Contracting, we specialize in high-quality insurance restoration. Because our projects involve custom labor and materials ordered specifically for your property, refunds are limited. All services provided and materials installed are non-refundable once work has commenced. Deposits are refundable only if requested in writing at least 72 hours before the scheduled project start date; after this point, deposits are applied to staged costs. Payments and Project Scope

Billing for restoration work is based on the progress of the project. Payments made for completed labor or installed materials are non-refundable. If a change order or scope reduction occurs, we will adjust the final invoice accordingly; however, we cannot refund costs for custom-ordered materials that cannot be returned to the supplier. For returnable items, a 25% restocking fee may apply. While we work directly with insurance providers, the property owner is ultimately responsible for any balance not covered by the insurance claim, including deductibles and upgrades.

Disputes and Wisconsin Regulations

Should you have concerns regarding a specific charge, please submit a written dispute within 10 days of the invoice date. We aim to resolve all billing matters fairly and transparently. This policy is governed by Wisconsin law, and nothing herein is intended to limit your statutory consumer rights under applicable state regulations. We are committed to exceptional expertise and professional service through every step of your restoration journey.
