For insurance work, clients authorize us to negotiate with carriers and agree to pay all deductibles or non-covered costs. Payments follow a structured schedule linked to milestones. We stand by our craftsmanship with a limited warranty on installations, though material warranties are provided by manufacturers. Clients must ensure job site access and provide a safe workspace for our crews. All project timelines are estimated, as weather or supply delays may occur. Any changes to the scope of work require written approval and may involve extra costs. We reserve the right to photograph our progress for marketing use. In the event of a dispute, we aim for mediation before litigation. Our liability is limited to the total contract value, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from project delays or site conditions.
